Gunite seawall restoration is a permanent structural repair. The bonded shell becomes part of the seawall and resists the wave, ice, and freeze-thaw forces that caused the original deterioration. Longevity depends on application thickness appropriate to the site-specific load conditions, which EcoSpect specifies individually for each waterfront structure. The repair does not require seasonal maintenance.
