Gunite slope stabilization is a permanent application. The bonded shell does not erode, shift, or degrade through normal weather cycles. The same rain and snowmelt cycles that were driving erosion now run across a stabilized concrete surface rather than penetrating and saturating the soil. EcoSpect covers the full slope face including areas where subsurface erosion is present but not yet visible, which is what makes the application permanent rather than a temporary hold.
