Gunite is bonded across the slope surface under pneumatic pressure. The application creates a continuous structural shell that prevents surface water from penetrating the soil, eliminating the saturation cycle that drives active erosion. The shell also stabilizes the grade, stopping the soil displacement that was increasing lateral pressure on adjacent structures. Coverage extends beyond the visible damage boundary on every EcoSpect project to address subsurface erosion that has not yet broken the surface.
