EcoSpect, Inc. ("EcoSpect," "we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights when you visit ecospect.com or contact us about our services.

3. Text Message (SMS) Communications

If you provide your mobile phone number, EcoSpect may contact you by text message to confirm or remind you of appointments, follow up on a service request or quote, or share relevant offers about our services.

By submitting your phone number on our website or providing it to our team, you consent to receive text messages from EcoSpect at the number provided. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us.

To opt out: Reply STOP to any text message from us at any time. You will not receive further marketing texts after opting out. To get help, reply HELP or call (855) DRY-BSMT.

Our text and phone communications are processed through RingCentral, a cloud communications platform. Your phone number and communication records are handled by RingCentral under their own privacy policy and are used solely to facilitate communications between you and EcoSpect.

We do not share your mobile number with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

4. Marketing Communications

We may send marketing emails or texts to customers and prospective customers about our services, promotions, or home maintenance reminders.

Email: Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. Clicking it removes you from our marketing list within 10 business days. You will still receive emails related to active service requests or appointments.

Text message: See Section 3 for SMS opt-out instructions.

Telephone: EcoSpect makes and receives calls through RingCentral. Calls may be recorded for quality and training purposes. If a call is being recorded, you will be notified at the start of the call. If you are registered on the National Do Not Call Registry, we will honor that registration. To remove yourself from our outbound call list, email [email protected].

5. Online Tracking and Cookies

Our website uses cookies and tracking technologies to understand how visitors use the site and to support our advertising.

What we use:

  • Google Analytics: tracks page views, session duration, and traffic sources in aggregate
  • Google Ads Conversion Tracking: records when a visitor completes an action after clicking one of our ads
  • Meta (Facebook) Pixel: tracks visits and conversions for advertising on Facebook and Instagram
  • Session Cookies: short-lived cookies that expire when you close your browser

  • Service providers: tools we use to operate our business (scheduling, email, CRM) that are contractually prohibited from using your data for other purposes
  • RingCentral: our cloud phone and messaging platform, which processes inbound and outbound calls, SMS messages, and voicemails on our behalf
  • Financing partners: Wisetack and Upgrade, when you apply for financing
  • Legal requirements: when required by law, court order, or to protect the safety of our team or customers
  • Business transfer: if EcoSpect is acquired or merges, your information may transfer as part of that transaction with prior notice to you

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.

7. Data Retention

We retain your information as long as necessary to provide services, meet legal obligations, and resolve disputes. Customer service records are typically retained for 7 years. You may request deletion at any time (see Section 9).

We use reasonable technical and administrative measures to protect your information. Our website uses HTTPS encryption for all data transmitted between your browser and our servers. No method of internet transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
