Yes. Gunite application stops active erosion. The surface must be prepared and any loose material removed before application, but the presence of active erosion does not prevent gunite from being applied. EcoSpect evaluates the active movement zones during the assessment and adjusts coverage and preparation to address the conditions present at the time of application.
