Gunite is applied pneumatically to the seawall surface after mechanical preparation. The concrete bonds to the existing wall material and creates a new structural shell that resists wave impact, ice pressure, and freeze-thaw cycling. Application thickness is specified based on the wave and ice load at the specific site. EcoSpect does not use standard templates for waterfront structures. Each wall is assessed individually for site-specific conditions.
